Iron Gate Funding is a business funding consultancy. We are not a lender. We connect business owners and entrepreneurs with independent third-party lenders and funding partners in our network. All credit decisions, funding terms, rates, and approvals are made solely by those third-party lenders.

2. No Guarantee of Funding

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or funding. Funding amounts, timelines, rates, and terms vary based on your individual credit profile, business profile, and lender criteria. Any figures displayed on the Site (funding ranges, timelines, statistics) are illustrative and not a commitment to lend.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

By submitting your information and checking the SMS consent box on our application form, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Iron Gate Consulting regarding funding options and updates, at the phone number you provide. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
